This Shipping & Refund Policy applies to physical prizes redeemed on the Claw Baby app.

1. Shipping

  • Regions Covered: We currently ship to [list regions – e.g., Singapore, Vietnam, India, etc.].
  • Shipping Costs: Players may be required to pay shipping credits or fees depending on their location.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

2. Customs & Duties

  • International deliveries may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the player and vary by country.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Tokens: Non-refundable.
  • Physical Prizes: Refunds/replacements are only offered if:
    • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival, OR
    • Wrong item was shipped.
  • Proof (photo/video) must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Claw Media is not responsible for courier delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
  • If the courier confirms a lost package, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.
